Every time I click a link on mobile, I start at the bottom of the page

iPhone. It's a pain in the butt. I restarted my phone and still happens. I downloaded the last update a couple days ago, but it just started doing it this morning. Also, TD is still the only website that closes (or freezes) when I switch back to it on my phone. I have to close the tab and reopen.
The bottom of the page thing fixed itself when I cleared my history.

This is being reported on other sites too. Not sure what the deal is...I haven't experienced the issue. Good to see it may have resolved itself.
