But it's saying she is on food stamps, how can she not get a $40-50k administrative job somewhere at a college or university?

Baldona, read my edit. She is an idiot and doesn't have the mental capacity to be an effective administrator. And everyone here in the Spokane area knows it. And now that she's white, she doesn't get a free pass.
She could get a job though. It might not be at a university because she's burned those bridges but there's no way she can't get a job at Walmart or Costco out something. She's just looking for a handout.
