This is not a hot button issue for me, but the absurdity is palpable.
Cuomo seems to think "no rape, no foul". He's judging this strictly from a sexual assault standpoint. Also from a standard "public bathroom" standard.
Bigger issue is lockerrooms and gyms. Regardless of intentions (the shim could be super polite) but I wouldn't want my young daughter seeing a big swinging dick in a lockerroom, especially if it was at school where PE may be required.

His entire argument of "show me the stats" with relation to public safety is laughable. The law and previous regulations were in their infancy. How can the lack of statistics regarding a new law be proof of anything you fck wad?
