Tried it and it says that I'm authorized to use the content. Then it says I'm not. I give up. Off to a bar to watch it. 
ETA: it's now saying that I'm not subscribed to the package for that content. I have been watching all of the NASCAR events on the app and was watching earlier. Not sure of the issue.
ETA 2: all other Nascar related channels work.
