I think that is what is implied by an overhaul. Why the frick do we not have apprenticeships and corporate training to fill positions of need instead of relying on a literal medieval guild system in the hopes that people learn skills related to the actual needs of the economy?

the system here is designed to keep you poor and stupid so the "elites" remain in power, and the masses remain too dumb and poor to even consider that they are getting fricked.

Corporations don't know how you train, don't see it as valuable to learn, and can get thousands of qualified applicants with expefience and pay them 40k a year entry level thanks to the economy
