I remember hearing about the Woodsman, but I will never watch it. I cannot watch a movie that sympathizes with a pedophile. I know that is just an assumption on what the movie does, however with Hollywood's track record of backing pieces of shite, a la Roman Polanski, it wouldn't surprise me.
I've never heard of the other two.

It't not quite like that. The movie shows his problem as a sickness, almost not in his control. He struggles the whole movie to keep those thoughts at bay. You don't sympathize with him. As a viewer, you're just hoping he doesn't fall into that hole again. It's sort of suspenseful.
