bullshite. Ibaka was traded for Oladipo, Sabonis, and Ilyasova last offseason, and he was an expiring. Boogie would definitely still fetch some serious value.

yeah and let's be honest. Buddy simply did not turn out to be that great of a pick. he's an older rookie who should have been more NBA-ready and he simply hasn't shown to be that. if he requires another year or 2 to get going he's lost a ton of his prospect value. if our current trajectory maintained without boogie, the 2017 first would likely be in that 7-9 range as well, so it's not THAT valuable, either.

there will almost be no way that we can't recoup better value than that if we deal boogie down the line. it is almost literally impossible to get less value for him. that's how bad this deal was for the kings
