I'm dating someone now but it seems to me the older I get the more success I have with women.
And dating/sleeping with someone much younger has never been easier.

This.... and it has nothing to do with social apps.
Being 34, at least average looking, and confident, you can nearly have your pick of the liter from anything from 20-45

a lot of that is just internal competency
aside from good looks, the way to project value is to actually have value to project. professional guys who have their shite together and have developed a sense of mastery in their professional and personal life tend to project that without trying. they often will also not be boring and have interests/hobbies that make them interesting and that's the 3rd biggest factor
there are a lot of studies out there regarding happiness and it's not "finding the job you love" as much as "becoming great in what you do and working to get better at things". when you reach that level, you just project an unspoken confidence and value
this is the exact opposite of the Roosh-ists, who feel they're so inadequate in certain areas that their focus becomes on becoming competent in getting slight edges in manipulating others on a surface level
