Man, you could whip up a huge pot of white beans for really cheap. I did my 5 gallon pot full for maybe $30 tops and as a side, I'm sure that served well over 100 people.

You can get big cans of Bruces yams for cheap and alls ya gotta do is warm them up, sweet taters go great with pork that and the white beans some one mentioned

You talking about 5 gallon jambalaya pot? Never did beans in it? Is it easy?
