I have been roasting pigs in my Cajun microwave for a few years, so I've done a dozen or more. My daughter's school asked me to do one as part of the fund raiser auction. To define and describe for the auction listing, should I offer just the pig, or do I need to offer sides? Trying to keep it manageable but to offer something that would be interesting for people to bid on.

I'd offer to donate a ??? pound pig cooked in a cajun microwave on site within x-miles of school. Wouldn't worry about sides.

Man, you could whip up a huge pot of white beans for really cheap. I did my 5 gallon pot full for maybe $30 tops and as a side, I'm sure that served well over 100 people.
