Kind of a derail but I always told my kids when they were small only one thing. I heard it from Tiger Woods and he said when he was little his dad would just tell him swing as hard as you can without moving your feet. If your feet move its too hard. Other than that swing hard as you can.
Only thing I ever told my kids. They all beat me now.
