re: OB help me pick a scope for new Tikka 308

I am warning you all of my experience with Meopta.
It failed me when I needed it most. I brought it hunting in the Timpanoga mountains with me.
On a rainy day (quite standard for Louisiana), it filled internally with moisture.

Big buck walked out in front of me.......couldnt see shite down my scope. I would take a blind, unethical shot. I had to hike out to my truck, drive out of the mountains to buy a new scope.

Dont say I didnt tell you my story.

Go with a Vortex Viper or a Sightron. Bushnell as a third choice.
No offense to others on this board, but Leupys suck;Nikon's reticles dont stay centered; and even Swarovski doesnt hold true on top of magnums.
