He didn't and that poster is playing fast and loose with the term.


If you people dont think an attorney from UA can make a case for his comments being slander, than you have no idea how civil courts work in 2017. They could absolutely be sued for slander. Would UA win, depends on several factors that we dont know. Would it cost the school board a shite load of money and negative pub, absolutely.

You can attempt to sue for almost anything....actually having a case, which I doubt they do, is a totally different matter.....
