Malik if you had actually bothered to read my post I addressed that exact concern. Please go back and actually read and you will see that there is a very simple solution to that problem.

Not busting your chops, but the issues you will run across is equal protection issues. Additionally, if those states start granting judicial judgments in favor of illegals you will have full faith and credit issues just like gay marriage before the SCOTUS decision.
