Burger King is horrible
Tm Hortons will eventually suffer from their stupidity. Popeyes will go down the same route.

The own a lot of real estate. Can't be that worthless of a company even though their products suck.

BK merged with Tim Horton's so they could move their headquarters to Canada and avoid American taxes. I don't think they're meddling in how Tim Horton's runs their stores. Its mostly just a business deal.
