bro and you played college ball, you sound like a beta weak body

Reading comprehension helps

My senior year of college I benched 305, squatted 475, weighed 195. That was over 6 years ago. A lot can happen in 6 years.

After I was done I got lazy, stopped lifting, and such. Lost most of my muscle mass and strength gains. Became a skinny fat lazy piece of shite. Body fat over 25%.

Pretty much had to start over which I did in September 2015. Cut from 205 to 153, ended on July 4. Lost muscle on the way but at least got rid of my fat. Ate at maintenance for rest of 2016, started bulking on January 2.

Even then I am still not weak compared to my size and probably have more strength and a better physique than most people on this board. My bench, weighted chins and OHP lifts are in the advanced range when it comes to strength standards and my squat/deadlift are almost back to the advanced level.

I'd like to see how many people on this board can do 6 pullups with 50 pounds hanging around their waist: LINK

That's not impressive for a college football player at the D-1 level, at your height and weight.

I didn't see one real rep in that video. Knock it down to about 25lbs
