I don't even get how this is possible.
I eat whatever I want (although I do a lot of cardio) and I've been about 185 for a few years at 6'3.
Eventually it goes away. I was an ectomorph for a while, and my college coaches basically had to force feed me to get me to gain weight. I came in at 155 pounds, senior year I was 195.
I still thought I was an ectomorph post college, and for the most part I was. No longer lifting as much as I used to, I dropped to about 175 despite not slowing my eating down.
But then something changed, like a switch flipped. It was in January 2015, when I stopped working my 2nd job. I went from 175 pounds in January 2015 to 205 pounds in August 2015 like it was nothing. All of a sudden I was a fat arse with a double chin.

not really, the idea that our "metabolisms slows down with age" is mostly a myth
granted, it may slow a little (1-2%) but nothing to make any discernable difference in ones appearance.

Did you know they have a double chin prescription medication out now? I saw a commercial and thought it was satire. My god, what have we become?
