I think we could convince Tyreke to come back on a two year deal for 20 mil with a player option. He's a good sixth man when healthy. I don't think we'll lose him if we fall out of the playoff race and keep our pick.
I say this because Tyreke's style of ball doesn't fit the current NBA model of winning basketball. Maybe the market isn't as good as we think it will be for him. He's coming off knee surgery still.

Just catching up on this thread.
Seems like we are all in for an injury-prone point guard, who plays elite D and average O, and we may have to pay him 25-30M a year? On top of that we may have to trade multiple first round picks, most likely lottery picks, to make that happen?
JFC. In what world does this make sense.
Teague's advanced stats are as good or better than Holiday. Why not deal Holiday to PHI for picks and/or assets then try an sign Teague or a comparable player for much less money? That way we take PHI's big pile of chips out of the equation.
ETA: Who give a shite about making Holiday happy. We should be trying to make AD happy, and the best way to make him happy is to shoot for a good team a few years down the road.
