Get ready for a lecture on sunk cost.

Presumably they will get some decent players back for those picks. We will have to see what it looks like. But I get your point.

At that point, Demps will have traded EIGHT first round draft picks.

8.

I'm curious the difference in the caliber of player you get protecting the pick vs not protecting the pick. Presumably it's not much difference but if that 10-15% is the difference between decent and good, quit being a pussy, play the odds, and man up instead of being scared you'll look like an arse cause we got the 2nd pick.

And yeah FB, there is a reason I said "responsible" instead of using a word like "cost". You understood it though. I mean this baffoon is trying to keep a 34 win roster in tact at all costs and hoping a couple 3-4 win share players will make us relevant? God man. This is worse than Shinn. It is. I'm sorry. You lucked into Anthony Davis, quite literally because your dumb arse Lakers trade doesn't net us AD. And you can't even put a .500 team around him? It's so sad.

Dell has no choice but to keep the 2017 draft pick because of the salary cap. The team doesn't have the cap flexibility to get an established player and sign Holiday to a max contract.
Money will convince Jrue to stay. Like Asik, Dell will overpay and bid against himself.
Holiday's market is limited especially if Philly drafts one of top points in this draft. That leaves the Knicks as his only option.
