I was there! I saw them play the night before at one of the theaters -- was it the Saenger? They were handing out free packs of American Spirits cigarettes in the lobby. Jeff Tweedy got up during the show and said it was the first gig he played without smoking and he had about a dozen nicotine patches on his arse. So people started throwing whole packs of cigarettes on the stage. "frick you guys! I'm trying to do something for my health"

They're solid musicians all around. Not a weak link in the band. I'd never think that I would be the only person in a Wilco thread to say/think A Ghost is Born is their masterpiece though. It's one of the defining guitar albums of my generation in my opinion.
