We only got about a foot but it came down in blizzard conditions- heavy rate of snow, reduced visibility, and high winds. Thunder snow.
It's the same storm that caused those tornados down there...It happens frequently, y'all get the weather first then it hits the Atlantic and turns back onto us. It's weird but if there is bad weather down there we're gonna get it in the next 24-48 hours, although the storm may change it's form (tornados in the South- blizzard up here).
