That's awesome! Very nice work. 
Several years ago I built a guitar amp based on the old tweed circuit from the 50's. It was a really fun project. Some day I'm going to build another one with more features.
Sherluck, tubes aren't hard to find. Places like Tube Depot and Antique Electronics sell them. You can even find NOS tubes from the 60's if you're willing to pay the price.
