Every one of the currently available streaming services has ESPN and ESPN2 in the base lineups. Anyone that has any paid service has access to ESPN.

He's talking about Sling TV, PS Vue, and DirectTV Now. Those are the big-three streaming services aimed at "cord cutters". All have ESPN available in some form or fashion I believe.

I believe you can get ESPN streaming service on Roku, but I'm not sure.

No, the streaming cable services like SlingTV, PSVue, DirectTVNow, etc. There is no standalone for ESPN like the CBS All Access deal.

You can access ESPN via the WatchESPN app but you have to have login credentials from a provider so still have to have service in order to use it on its own.

You're not alone but if you want to learn more come on over to the tech board and as an added bonus you can join in on us fricking with CAD every chance we get.
