Best military days....
Best PT test:
Ran 2 miles in 10:21
122 pushups in 2 minutes
130 situps in 2 minutes
In Iraq, I boxed and got into heavier lifting. Max bench was 335.
Got chubby and weak for a few years after leaving military.
Now age 42. I'm benching 300+ again. Lift 4 x weekly at 5:30 am. Feeling pretty good about where I am fitness-wise.
You gotta just make the time to reach your fitness goals.
