Wondering what is your expert opinion on the other "SPLASH" hire Mickey Joseph?

I did not label the Mickey Joseph hire as a "splash". All things considered, I don't know much about him at all but we had a need to patch up New Orleans ties and he seems to fit the bill with that need. Hopefully he works out, I am optimistic about it
