Why? Is it that you can't erase history? They are telling you for 38 years they did what is being suggested.
Now they are reversing coarse due to
1- Drug lords are still in play...
2- coffee shops buy it on the black market
3- cost of medical care has sky rocketed.
It's the same thing it will be here.
1- drug companys will not be able to grow it as cheaply as cartels.
2- Cartel will not have a high overg=head from regulations
Therefore, the street price will always be lower

Except our recreational states allow users to grow up to 6 plants at a time... Holland 0. You're comparing black market sourced apples to people legally able to produce their own apples.

The problem is the government over fricking regulates it idiot.
Think about this. Arkansas just passed medical here. Our shitty politicians are on a fricking war path trying to destroy as much as they can by regulating and making it where it will be expensive as shite, and where only certain wealthy connected people can own the shops. (Which I predicted when they illegally threw out prop 7 by claiming just enough signatures were improperly signed)
The reason this is happening is because 1) they want no growing in arkansas. We have to buy from Colorado/cali whatever. They want to make it where you can't even get bud, you can only have oil. They are also making it where you have to spend like 1 million on your facility and it has to be out of town.
Now ask yourself. Does this sound like a feasible fricking business model? frick no. Anyone who actually needs it will just keep buying off the streets because why would they pay more for the same thing because there is no taxes on the street.
Your data is stupid. The government is stupid. Wake up.

The only difference between a drug cartel and a drug company is a piece of paper from the state saying the cartel is illegal and the company is legal...
There is no way to produce and distribute moonshine cheaper than a legal distillery....the same is true of pot. You will always have the hobbyist grower but there won't be any reason to kill the competition when all you have to do is buy them out legally. You don't see Wendy's and McDonald's execs beheading one another in turf wars yet their product is more addictive than any "illicit" drug...without something like it people will die, not so with pot or cocaine....
