I'll definitely post a review on the Travel Board. Just got back (literally just put down my bags) from Cuba - amazing trip and will put some time into a review tomorrow.

It may...to be fair my experience is limited. But my meal at Girl and the Goat ranks in the top 3 best meals of my life so that's immediately where my mind goes when I think of Chicago dining.

Don't get me wrong..love Chicago. Never forget when I first started getting into food and went to Charlie Trotters. I was in my early 20's, toured kitchen and it just blew me away. Girl and goat is fantastic. Can't forget what Bayless has done with frontera and topo
