That's what's fishy about it. Nothing is appealing about going to KU if you are a football player and not from Kansas.

That coach that made Colorado really good in the 80s or 90s started pulling in great recruits by telling their moms they would be away from trouble there in Boulder. Course then his star qb knocked up his daughter or something. Maybe Kansas is trying to pull one of those types of plays.
