LOL. How much more? $10, $100, $1000,$5000? Where does the rubber meet the road on what you are willing to pay?
You could just go over to Moreland Ave and take 2-4 homeless people and let them move in with you. You can feed, clothe, and shelter them. I am assuming you haven't done that. Why not?
Please let me know when you do. Since I work everyday inside the perimeter, I will come by and check it out and then attest on this board that you are one dude who puts his money where his mouth is. Until that time, STFU.
