This is my 3rd year teaching without a license. I'll have a master's next month and will become eligible for certification, but still. Teaching is mostly on the job training, imo. I don't even know if a bachelor's is necessary to be honest. Maturity, patience, and a desire to learn are really the most important qualities of a teacher.
