This is a major problem. School boards and the teaching pool of public school are filled with morons free from all consequences. Anything that goes wrong is paid out by the tax payer and doesn't affect them personally. It's time to change that.

I think the bigger problem is all the rules we've placed on them in recent years that are solely a reaction to something else.
For example, let's think about WHY the school first created the no bathroom rule. I'm sure there was some incident that led to litigation at some school on the other side of the country, and therefore they were forced to implement the no bathroom rule in response to something else.
