He said the murder rate in Philadelphia was terribly increasing. I watched the video and he definitely meant Philadelphia when he used words terribly increasing. No one would have had a problem with it had he not added those two words that are blatantly false . Or at least they should not have had a problem with it

Yeah in less than a month. If you want to go that route, then during the last five days there have been less. So he still wrong . If you bend over backwards I can bend over backwards further.
