Because it's the truth?

I'm not disputing the truth of it. My personal opinions don't argue the constitutionality of it.

Our president has declared war on radical Islam.

It is perfectly constitutional. We banned japs during ww2. Infact we put them in internment (concentration) camps. All done by a Democrat. Infact every president has suspended immigration from people and areas we are at war with, but don't let facts get in the way of a good virtue signal. (Which was all Mike Pence was doing back then as he didn't realize most of America agreed)

Also some of you are idiots if you actually thought he meant ban all Muslims. It was obvious he was just making head lines. No one took this seriously. It was always intended as he now puts it. It is still constitutional either way.

We've done a lot of things in the past, as recently as the 1960s and early 70s, to other groups that have been deemed unconstitutional and wrong

Saw on FOX this morning that Madeline Albright wants to register as a Muslim to protest Trump and his Muslim agenda.

it seems like hundreds of millions of Muslims, regardless of sect, are against basic human rights for women, not to mention the strict adherence to dogma that includes killing infidels and outsiders

I agree any kind of ban on Muslims appears to be unconstitutional, but did the founders envision a religion that oppresses the very human rights that the constitution was trying to protect?
