Every spare penny in NOLA ought to be going towards hiring hundreds of new officers.

Goddammit that kind of self dealing pisses me off. That's such a typical entitled politician move.

Rick Scott tried that bullshite in FL when he was first elected trying to push through mandatory drug testing for welfare recipients. Great idea on paper, problem is he owns the drug testing company that was going to get the state contract. He tried to get around it by selling the company to his wife for $1.
