It's actually not insignificant at all to children or adults with asthma. Are you saying people who know the smoke will trigger an asthma attack should just politely wait until the smoke has cleared before entering the grocery store?

I think it's wrong for both employees and patrons to smoke anywhere near building entrances. The smoker should choose to smoke in their car or at the back of the parking lot where they would expose less people.

People certainly have the right to smoke, but others should have the right to not be exposed when walking into main entrances.
