OP, If you're in Florida and close by you might want to go check This out. Hell of a deal if it's in as good of shape as it appears. And it has the 4.8.

I wouldn't have done it, but after putting about 180,000 miles on one, it doesn't really bother me. Started burning between 1/2 and 1 quart every oil change after about 7 years/145,000 miles. Annoying because I took very good care of the vehicle, but not a deal breaker.
I'd buy an AFM equipped truck way, way before I'd buy one with those abrupt automatic start/stop features. In a few years that crap is going to infect every new vehicle on the market.
