Terrible mistake. There's nothing you can do to stop it.
Tell your daughter you support her but the statistics of getting married that young aren't good, and that if they love each other they still will in 5 more years when they are more settled in their lives.
She won't listen. But you can just state your case and then give your full support.

People are not statistics. My wife was only 16 and I was 21 when we got married. We went through all the channels and was forced to listen to counselors who told us about statistics. That was 42 years ago. I have a ton of friends who were married about the same time and most are still happily married. We all married in our late teens or early twenties. But that was before the age of the millinials. You can't always tell ahead of time how things will work out.
