Those of you saying she wants easy money. That's not what is said in the article, not is that how these suits usually work. The remedy sought is not compensation. It's for the school board to cease unconstitutional activity.

Right. The school district will have to cover her lawyer's fees and cease offering these classes. The mom isn't going to get a dime, that isn't how school-related suits like this work.
