re: "Where the free razors at"?

I keep trying to figure out a pun or a clever undertone in that sign but can't. Surely she can't be this dumb and there's something beyond our comprehension that we just can't see. I don't see it and I'd honestly feel better about being the "dumb" one in this situation.
