Putting a Tupperware in the fridge at work is hard. Making a salad in the morning to fill the Tupperware is particularly challenging.

Go paleo 6 days per week and use Saturday as a cheat day.

Limit all alcohol except for your cheat day.

Cook your meals on Sunday (2 hours max).

Buy these individual serving meal prep containers to store the food you cooked on Sunday.

Drink the same smoothie each morning before work (banana, protein powder, spinach, almond butter).
