Whatever. Eating healthy can be cheap and easy. I'll help you.

Breakfast - eggs, turkey bacon, cereal

Lunch - lean meat sandwich on whole wheat bread. Perhaps a wrap. Put some veggies in there. It won't hurt. Maybe also pack an apple and some peanut butter.

Dinner - salads and vegetables; lean meats grilled or baked

Cheap. Easy. It's not hard or expensive. Snack on nuts and fruit. Maybe cheese and crackers. Apologies if you have to wake up 10 mins earlier to make a sandwich instead of eating mcdonalds. Or make it at night and put in the fridge.

Eating healthy being hard or expensive is a lie. Put down the Twinkie sir.

A big thing that has helped me is the sous vide I bought two weeks ago. I can prep for a week or two in one day and spend very little time in the kitchen during the week.

The taste is outstanding even with very little ingredients and a load less salt. My time in the kitchen on the average day is down over an hour with prep and clean up almost nonexistent.

So wake up 30 minutes earlier? Then, you've got to add 5 minutes for making a sandwich. Eff that
