None of these policies have helped me personally. But I know people who didn't have health insurance b4 ACA and now they do. I didn't have to worry about that because I get my insurance through my job. One of cousins got married to her partner. A kid I mentor, his mom got treatments and medications thanks to ACA. So yea some his policies have helped people I care about.
But please tell all about how Trump is going to help the inner cities? Has he ever done so before? What in his history suggest he gives a damn about the hood?

Gentrification is the only hope. You can't save people who aren't helping themselves

ACA really hasn't helped many people in "the hood". Many were already on Medicaid. All ACA did for this "working class" person was to have my premiums go up 200% in last 3 years and my deductible go up 300%.


In all of those inner cities I mentioned in previous post, every one is controlled by Democrats, Mayor, city council etc. for decades.. nothing has improved.

That's sweet, I had health insurance before the ACA and I have it now

Only now I can't afford to use it
