Did you research any of that? WKU had a winning record and won 18 games last year. The coach just resigned, so there was an opening. Stansbury has brought in some pretty big name grad transfers and the team was projected to contend for the league title.

18 games in a bad league isn't good. I'm not going to get into an argument about the quality if an 18 win mid major team that lost players strength as a team just because you want to argue. Btw the pre season publication I have had western Kentucky picked 7th in C-USA with their best returning player being a 6ft guard who avged about 10ppg

Knock him if you want but he's done things no coach in LSU history has done at Miss St. Of all places. And for the umpteenth time because I guess you read one line of a post and disregard the point. I never said he was great I never said he'd be my first choice what I said was if a coach as accomplished as him in our league wants to come the risk is infinitely lower than it would be to allow joe Alleva to go out and find a coach.
