Before anyone gets too wrapped up in this, the creator of the apps says herself that it's meant to be tongue-in-cheek.
That being said, you know there are plenty of people who saw this app, and thought it was a legitimate, brilliant idea.

By that, she means that it's not meant to be used. I'm pretty sure she buys in to the "stats" behind the app.
