Yes. You will want to fly into MCO the day before you sail. Once you do there are ALOT of options. Stay at the hotel at the airport and pay for the DCL transfers. Rent a car, get a hotel somewhere in Orlando and drop the car off at the rental facility near the port (they will shuttle you to the ship). Stay one night on a disney property and pay for the DCL transfer form there.

The DCL transfer is $35 per person (each way) so for alot of people its cheaper to just rent a car each way. We got a full size car (pick up at Disney Car Care Center and drop off at port canaveral) for like $110 and the car we pick up at the port we drop off back at Disney' Swan Resort the same day and that was only like $90.

Works good, hassle fre bu it does have you arriving late you will need a later port arrival time and it put you getting off the boat a little later. The biggest drawback to me is cost...especially for large groups. I know people who have rented Limos for less money than what the DCL transfer charges.

Absolutely...I mean the more you love Disney the better it is but it's not like you're stuck at All Star Sports the entire time. As a matter of fact it wasn't until I was off the boat at cataway cay that I realized how many kids were on the boat. There is TONS to do on the ship and plenty of adults.

As far as alcohol, they don't have all you can drink package like other lines but they do have a liberal policy with what you can take one. Rather that just letting each person take a bottle of wine at the start of the cruise, each person (over 21) can take two bottles of wine or one 6 pack of beer on the ship at each port.

If you cruise to Nassau there is a small brewery just off the ship and every port sells wine/alcohol in their duty free shopping areas. The ships also have the best craft beer selections on any cruise line I have ever been on.

I HIGHKY recommend the mixology classes and wine tastings, their alot of fun and a real bargain. I think the mixology class was like $25 per person and we got trashed.

The main dining room is "okay" with quality but the service is great. While I would not recommend going for every meal you definitely want to go they night they do Animation Magic in Animators Palate, its really cool.

Palo is AMAZING but I think the brunch is a better value for dinner. If you want premium dinner one evening, Remy is the way to go without question.

Don't worry about leaving your kids in the oceaneers clubs and labs, they love it, its awesome and they have a blast. By the third night ours dint even want to come to dinner with us anymore.

Look at the things you ban book ahead of time (golf simulator, princess meet & greets, etc) and try to lone up those things in advance when you can but relax, have a good time and enjoy the trip.
