Worse than growing stale and complacent, Miles was incredibly arrogant and too stubborn to listen to feedback. As he said, he didn't give a damn what other people thought.

same thing "beamer ball" did to Virginia tech. he retired 8 yrs past his prime. glad we got miles out. now we can move forward.
