So no, I obviously don't allow politics to dictate my music enjoyment. I also don't "hate" Audioslave, but I do find their music to be bland and gimicky. I'm glad you like them though.

My issue with them is that they are making a political statement by "reuniting" in some wasted protest of our next POTUS. That they believe themselves to be that important shows their narcissism and over inflated opinion of their music. Most people have forgotten that they even existed. But, you know, snowflakes gonna snowflake

Who cares? If Pink Floyd (assuming all original members alive) reunited to play at this thing, would you go?

Again, I never said I enjoy Audioslave. In fact, I've never once played a song by them on Spotify. But that doesn't mean I consider their music as "shitty." They put out a couple of decent albums and have some talented artists. You missed the point.

And I actually agree with you that this anti-inaugural crap is dumb. But that and your opinion of what should be considered good music should be mutually exclusive.
