Simplisafe. Used them for a few years now. No issues.
Base unit is cellular (no phone line required). Sensors, keypad and sirens are all wireless and run on batteries (no AC power required except for base unit).
Cost me $25 a month for the monitoring service (no contract), which is optional. Basically means they respond to the alarms and call the police if required.
You have to install it yourself but it is little more than putting the devices where you want and sticking them to the wall with the 3M Command strips that come with each device. Some devices have screw options if needed.
They have a camera option, but I haven't purchased it yet. There appears to be some features lacking with the cameras from what I have read.
Simplisafe has a decent web portal and phone app if you are into it. Also, no contracts which is nice, but you do have to buy the devices up front.

I've looked at this system a little. Seems like it gets pricey up front if you have a lot of windows/doors to monitor. Do you monitor every window of your house, or do you just use a motion sensor?
