I was watching the local Fox news on the DFW Fox 4 channel, when it suddenly stopped and gave me a screen stating, "This program is unavailable. Don't worry - your device and Playstation Vue are working properly, but we have not granted permission to stream certain programs over the internet."
The news ran over into Modern Family. This is the first time I've seen this happen.

I'm guessing when PSVue offers those local channels in certain markets, they can only show local programming.

That's not weird. They didn't have streaming rights to whatever was on.

quote:Figured that, but it sets a bad precedent as they DO have the streaming rights to the FOX-owned station, which has paid for the rights to rebroadcast that.

Is there anyway to compare SlingTV vs Vue vs DTVNow on who has what local channels in what markets?
Or in other words, do any of them cover the greater New Orleans area, at all? Do any of them have a timetable or a remote game plan on if any would come to NO?
