I see what your aiming for but guns don't go bang without someone pulling the trigger. Apples and Oranges...

This is like if I had a shite ton of rattlesnakes and let them live in my back yard and do as they please. If they bite someone and they die then that's on me, the owner. Even if that person was just standing in my back yard to look at them there is still the premise that I know these animals are inherently dangerous and if I own them then it is my duty to ensure the safety of the general public by taking proper precautions.
